In the beginning, our company used commercially available products which we had searched and scrutinized to find the products that came closest to our expectations. We quickly became disillusioned with the readily available products on the market. None of these products met our requirements of providing the very best that we are capable of giving. feather has always endeavored to build a reputation of providing superior quality workmanship and service to our customers and as such, we had to have products that would support our efforts. Unable to find these products from the traditional suppliers, We began manufacturing our own products. Initially, these products were confined for use among our team of twenty-five field technicians. Word got out that our products outperformed the existing products on the market, and soon, we began selling these products to other professional restoration companies. Our consumer line of products was developed in order to provide the same style of craftsmanship to individuals wishing to perform these services for themselves.
